Learn how to easily access all relevant analytics about your team and your participation in health campaigns.
This article explains how to use Health Analytics as a manager.
Login to JobPts -> Analytics -> Health
To access the Health Analytics, select the Analytics tile and then select the Health tile.

*Note: The Health Analytic Tile will appear under the Analytics List only if the Health Module is active.
When you access the Health Analytics tile as a manager, the Achievements by measure type graph will be presented. This graph consists of 3 lines, on how your team is performing vs. the company, and you as an individual. You can filter by and choose if you prefer to view each one separately.

In the graph, you can filter the achievements by:
- Different time periods: (last 30 days, 6 months, 12 months) and
- Measure Type (Steps, Duration, Distance and Calories).
The (Red) Individual Line will provide a summary of your achievements (Steps, Duration, Distance and Calories) depending on the selected time period.
The (Green) Team Line will provide the average number of achievements in the same team (the team is considered the group of users reporting to the same manager) depending on the selected time. It is calculated as an average number of the total achievements (Steps, Duration, Distance and Calories) divided by the number of users in the same team.
The (Blue) Company Line will provide the average number of achievements in the company. It is calculated as an average of the total achievements (Steps, Duration, Distance and Calories) divided by the total number of users of the company.
Furthermore, when you are logged in as a manager you will be able to access the Personal Campaigns Tile and Corporate Campaigns Tile.

The data in the Personal Campaigns Tile displays how many of the expired personals campaigns of the employees you have on the team as a manager have been completed and how many of the campaigns have not been completed depending on the selected time period. It also displays if your team has finished more or less personal campaigns compared to the previous time period.
The data in the Corporate Campaigns Tile displays how many of the employees you have on the team as a manager have completed or not completed the expired corporate campaign(s) in the selected time period. It also displays if more or less of your employees have finished a corporate campaign(s) compared to the previous time period.
By clicking the Personal Campaigns tile, the Personal Campaigns by measure type page will open.

This page will display the measure type of the expired personal campaigns as well as their status.
By clicking the Corporate Campaigns, the Corporate Campaigns by measure type page will open.

This page will display the measure type of the expired corporate campaigns as well as their status.
Lastly, when you are logged in as a manager you will be able to access:
- My Teams Reach
- My Teams Personal Campaigns
- My Teams Corporate Campaigns

My Teams Reach - the figures show the number of employees from your team that participated in campaigns within the total number of employees you have on the team as a manager.
When you select โSee my teamsโ performanceโ, the My Team Reach Page will open, where you will be able to see the personal campaigns and corporate campaigns that your team members have participated in for the selected time period.

My Teams Personal Campaigns โ the figures show the number of employees from your team that participated in personal campaigns within the total number of employees you have on the team as manager. As a manager, you will see a list of all your team members that are directly reporting to you and have some personal goal.
When you select โSee Details, My Team Personal Campaigns Page will open, where you will be able to see the expired personal campaigns of your team members as well as the status.

You can drill down to the individual level by clicking on the name of the employee and see the details regarding a personal campaign.

This page displays the:
- Name of the campaign
- Contribution to personal campaigns
- Achieved medals and points from the campaign (the medal is only available if the campaign is completed)
My Teams Corporate Campaigns โ the figures show the number of employees from your team that participated in corporate campaigns within the total number of employees you have on the team as a manager. As a manager, you can see the progress of your employees who participated in the corporate health campaigns (campaigns that your company created).
When you select โSee Details, the My Team Corporate Campaigns Page will open, where you will be able to see the expired corporate campaigns of your team members as well as the status.
