Reassign communications to relevant categories, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and improving visibility
This flexibility ensures that communications can be accurately categorized to align with organizational needs and priorities.
For instance, if a specific announcement is deemed critical for a particular department or team, administrators can easily reassign it to a more relevant category, enhancing visibility and engagement.
Content generators can modify the Application category for a communication at all times disregarding the Communication or the Campaign status.
Admin > Editor -> Create Communication
Adjust the application category for communications that are in the Draft status.
- Locate the specific communication that you wish to update the application category for. Go to My Communications > Communication > Actions > Edit

- The communication editor will open. Go to Actions > Application category

- For the purpose of this scenario, the category "General Updates" has been previously assigned to the communication.

- You can easily modify the application category by clicking on the Application categories field. In this instance, we will select the "Health and Safety" category.

next to the previous category to remove it, then click

- The communication annotations editor will appear. Navigate to the top right corner and click on the Application categories icon.

- Communication approvers can also change the application category. The steps are the same as for the Content Generators

- Select the application categories icon located in the top right corner
- The application category pop up will appear.
- Proceed by following the previously outlined steps.

- Communication generators can also the application category for a Communication with Approved status
- Locate the desired communication, go to Actions > Edit
- Select the application categories icon located in the top right corner.

Adjust the application category for campaigns that are in the Completed status.
Content generators can update the Application category for communications that were sent to recipients through a campaign, provided that the campaign has a status of completed.
