Unlock recognition and reward with the Ambassador Badge! Celebrate exceptional users for their engagement while gaining valuable insights to foster a motivated community
Introducing the Ambassador Badge—a prestigious recognition for users who stand out with exceptional activity and engagement on the platform!
Admins can explore the Engagement Insights tab to gain valuable insights into user behavior, helping them easily identify and reward these standout Ambassadors.
To view the current program ambassadors, first navigate to the path below:
Log in to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Culture Intelligence -> Culture Intelegence Dashboard -> Engagement Insights

In the Admin section, under the Engagement Insights tab, you'll find a chart titled "Type of Users." This chart categorizes users into three groups based on their activity and engagement levels on the platform. The system automatically assigns each user to one of these categories.

The three user categories are:

Program Ambassador: Users with exceptional activity and engagement.

Moderate User: Users with moderate activity levels.

Unengaged: Users with little or no activity.
Admins can click "View List" below the chart to open a modal window displaying a list of users organized by these categories.

Discover the Power of the following options in the Pop-Up Window:

Send to All Ambassadors – Instantly notify all users labeled as Ambassadors with just one click.

Send Badge – Award a personalized badge directly to a specific user.

Export – Effortlessly download an Excel file containing detailed user information, including engagement categories.
As soon as a user is recognized as an Ambassador, they’ll receive an instant notification right within the application.

Once an Ambassador Badge is awarded, a brand-new section will appear in the "My Profile" menu under Overview, titled "Received Badge." This exclusive space allows users to easily manage and showcase their earned badges. Users can find this section within their profile settings.

Inside the section, you'll find a toggle called "Display Badge on Social Wall." Flip this switch, and your Ambassador Badge will shine prominently on the social wall, proudly displayed next to your name!
The Ambassador Badge takes center stage on the social wall, adding a bold visual touch to the user’s profile as a mark of recognition. You'll spot the badge proudly displayed next to their name across various sections of the social wall.

*Note: If a user transitions to another type (Unengaged or Moderate User), any previously earned Ambassador Badge will be hidden from the social wall until the user re-earns it.
