Ambassador Badge

This guide provides essential information on how the Ambassador Badge functions within JobPts.

The Ambassador Badge is a distinctive recognition feature within our application, designed to acknowledge and celebrate users who demonstrate exceptional activity and engagement on the platform. Admins can utilize the Engagement Insights tab to gain valuable insights into user behavior and, more importantly, identify and reward Ambassadors.

To view the current program ambassadors, first navigate to the path below:

Under the Engagement Insights tab in the Admin section, a chart titled Type of users categorizes users into three types based on their activity and engagement levels on the platform. The system dynamically assigns users to one of these types.

The three categories are:

• Ambassador: Users with outstanding activity and engagement.
• Moderate User: Users with moderate levels of activity.
• Unengaged: Users with low or no activity.

By clicking on "View List" below the chart, an admin can access a modal window displaying a list of users categorized into the three types mentioned above.

The following options are available on the pop-up window:

• Send to All Ambassadors - Clicking this button sends a notification to all users currently categorized as Ambassadors.
• Send Badge - Sends a badge to the specific user. 
• Export - Download an excel file with all user information including engagement category

When a user is identified as an Ambassador, they will receive a notification within the application:

Upon receiving the Ambassador Badge, a new section in the My profile menu under the Overview will be created under Received Badge. This section serves as a dedicated space for managing and showcasing earned badges. Users can find this section within their profile settings.

Within the section, you can find a toggle labeled Display Badge on Social Wall. Enabling this option allows the user to showcase their Ambassador Badge prominently on the social wall next to their name.  

The Ambassador Badge is prominently displayed on the social wall, enhancing the user's profile with a visual representation of their recognition. Users will see the badge next to their name in various sections of the social wall.

Note: If a user transitions to another type (Unengaged or Moderate User), any previously earned Ambassador Badge will be hidden from the social wall until the user re-earns it.  

In summary, the Ambassador Badge is a powerful tool for recognizing and rewarding users for their exceptional engagement, fostering a positive and motivating environment within our employee recognition app.
