Access Recognition Analytics - Manager View

Learn how to easily access all relevant analytics about your participation in recognition.

The Analytics tile is a place where Managers and Users can see in one place all the relevant information about their own and their teamโ€™s performance. 

To access the Analytics tile, navigate to:

Login to JobPts > Analytics 

On the top of the page, you will be displayed with the first five sections and the Engagement Index.

View Level - Select your preferred hierarchy level. Managers can access a maximum of three levels below their structure. 

View Range - Adjust the date range to focus on specific time period.

Recognitions Sent - Displays the total number of recognitions sent within the selected period.

Engagement Index - Provides a snapshot of the engagement levels at individual, team, and company levels over the selected time period, for the users listed in 'My Workforce' 

Managers Statements - Opens the Managers Statements part of the application, where manager can see monthly reports from the current month and the previous month. Here managers gain deeper analyzes of what their team members received for specific time frame. 

The employee engagement index chart shows three lines: individual engagement, team engagement and company engagement. You can focus the view by clicking on one of the lines within the infographic.

    The engagement of the logged user is measured on a daily level for a time period of number of working days in a week. If the engagement index is 100%, it means that the user has been engaged every working day in the week. As engagement, it is considered whether the user sent at least one appreciation per day.

    • The individual line displays the activity of the logged in user.
    • The team line numbers are received as average value of the sum of all individual engagement indexes of one team divided with the total number of team members.
    • The company numbers are received similar to the team numbers, however it is summed from all engagement indexes of all employees and then divided with the total number of employees in the company.
    • On the second part of the page, you will be displayed the following sections:




    • Aggregated team activities for Non-monetary programs (sent / received) and Monetary programs (sent / received).  On a team level, managers can see the numbers of how many non-monetary and monetary programs were sent and received within their team compared within the selected time period.  It also shows the trend month over month on the total sent and received recognitions if they are trending up or down.
    • If the logged in manager has only one employee directly reporting to him, or one employee within the selected filters and workforce, then the comparison tile will not be visible.

    By selecting the View All option on both sections, you will be navigated to a new page where you will be able to see the award reasons distribution in detail.

    Under the Compare Employee Engagement module, you can access thorough comparison between chosen employees.

    Furthermore, the Analytics module gives managers access to three KPI cards to analyze

    Clicking on the respective KPI card, a new screen will open where they can explore in further detail on individual level what the number of recognitions (sent and received) are as well as the number of non-monetary and monetary recognitions.   

    • My Workforce - the figures show the number of employees from the team that received recognitions within the total number of employees they have on their team.

    A different view is displayed for employees which are managers, additionally they have an engagement index displayed next to the other available information.

    You can click on each employee to view a comprehensive report of their profile, which includes all received and sent recognitions, received and sent recognitions for inside and outside teams. 
    An option to send a recognition to the employee you are viewing is also available by clicking on the Send Recognition button,

    By clicking on the Team Performance button, you can further drill down and see the details behind your team's performance. Within this section, you can see the Award Reasons which were sent out in detail by selecting the Award Reasons button.

    • My Impact โ€“ the manager can see whom he sent recognitions, thus seeing the impact done within their reach.

      The same idea as above applies that you can drill down to the individual level and see the detailed list of recognitions submitted and received by selecting the My Impact button.

      Within this section, you can see the Award Reasons which were sent out in detail by selecting the Award Reasons button.

    • Inside vs Outside Reach โ€“ the manager can check the recognitions received within the team, and those from people outside of their team (and within the company). This way, they can analyze the vertical reach vs. the horizontal, company reach.

      By selecting the Reach Comparison option, you can view the team's performance recognitions in detail.
