Feedback Intelligence Analytics view

This article will primarily focus on the manager analytics view for the 'Feedback Intelligence' feature, highlighting details of sent and received feedback transactions within their team, as well as providing insights into their personal impact.

Employee Analytics view

When a regular employee accesses the Feedback Intelligence page, they can see an overview of their received and sent feedback on the left side of the screen. This includes details such as transaction date, sent topics, emphasized words, details about the recipient of the feedback and more.

Manager Analytics view

To view analytics for their team and track their personal impact, managers can click on 'Feedback Analytics' which will open the 'Performance Intelligence Analytics' page.

Once accessed, managers can view detailed information about the feedback their team has sent and received, track their personal impact, and gain insights into other relevant metrics.

When accessing the Performance Intelligence Analytics page, you can select a date range to view the total number of feedback submissions sent by your team (your direct reports) during that period.

Similarly, the "Received Feedback" section will show the total number of feedback submissions your team (direct reports) received during the selected date range.

The "Feedback Topics" section will display the total number of feedback topics your team (direct reports) received within the chosen date range.

The Frequency & Consistency of Feedback chart displays data from the last 6 months, with the following explanations for the information presented.

  • Your Feedback (dark blue line): tracks the feedback submitted by the logged-in manager to other employees.
  • Same-Tier Managers (light blue line): shows the average number of feedback submissions made by managers at the same level as the logged-in manager. 

    For example, if the logged-in manager is part of a group managed by John, including Sam, Jordan, Taylor in his team, the system will calculate and display the average number of feedback submissions made by the other three individuals in that group.
  • Benchmark (grey line): This represents the standard or reference point for feedback submissions, which in this case is 2 feedback submissions within a 6-month period.

Team Reach tile

Displays the number of direct reports of the manager who have sent or received feedback. This information is also represented in the accompanying pie chart.

To see further details, click the 'Team Performance' button.

This page displays a list of the managerโ€™s direct reports, showing data for both sent and received feedback. It also indicates whether the feedback was exchanged with someone inside or outside the team.

  • Inside: Feedback sent or received by someone within the same team.

  • Outside: Feedback sent or received by someone outside the team.

*Note: The date range selected on the previous page, Performance Intelligence Analytics, will be displayed and pre-selected here as well.

 

By clicking the 'View Profile' button for the corresponding employee, their profile will open, allowing the manager to see details of the total feedback sent and received. The manager can also view the feedback, along with created topics, highlighted words, and other relevant information.

They can switch between the 'Sent' and 'Received' tabs to view the individuals they have sent feedback to and received feedback from.

*Note: In the "Sent" and "Received" tabs, only feedback transactions from the selected period will be displayed!

On this page, there is a direct action button labeled 'Send Feedback.' When clicked, it will redirect the manager to the "Write it for me" page where they can quickly and easily send feedback to the selected recipient.

The following page contains details for the feedback that the manager sent to their direct reports and that number is shown in the 'My Sent Feedback' column.

*Note: The date range selected on the previous page, Performance Intelligence Analytics, will be displayed and pre-selected here as well. Only feedback transactions from the chosen period will be shown.

By clicking the 'View Profile' button for the corresponding employee, their profile will open, allowing the manager to see details of the total feedback sent and received. The manager can also view the feedback, along with created topics, highlighted words, and other relevant information.

Important: On the 'User Profile' page, managers can view the total number of feedback received and sent by the selected employee, not just the feedback submitted by themselves!
