This article explains how to announce a winner from a Nomination Program.
Every nomination program has a nomination period and a voting period (if this is enabled when creating the nomination program). After the voting period ends, the winner of that nomination program should be announced.
To announce the winner of the nomination program, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application and follow the steps below:
Log in to JobPts -> Programs -> Manage Nomination Programs
You can proceed by selecting Programs on the left side and navigate to Manage Nomination Programs. Find the nomination program where you should announce the winner, click on the three dots next to the Actions button and select Ranking from the drop-down menu.

*Note: To be able to access the Ranking option and to announce the winner of the nomination program, you must be assigned the Approver role in the create nomination process.
This action will open the Nomination Rankings page, where you will be able to preview the number of nominations and votes of the individual and team nominations (if these are created).

Based on the results from the Number of Nominations and Number of Votes (if this was enabled), you can set the rankings and announce the winner. The winner will be announced through an email notification and via SMS notification.
To announce the winner of an individual nomination program, first assign the Final ranking.
Click on the Save button after you have assigned the final rankings.
To customize the message which will notify the winners of the program, click on the Customize Message button. A new window will be opened where you can edit the message for the email message and SMS message if configured for this specific program.

If SMS is enabled for the program, by clicking on the Manage Phone Numbers button you will be able to see the phone numbers which are on record for the employees, or add a new number if one isn't available.

Select the "Announce Winner" button to announce the winners. This is a final step before locking the rankings. Click on the Yes button to announce the winners.
After you've confirmed the announcement, the winners will receive an email notification and SMS notification. (If SMS is configured for the program)

*Note: Once a winner is announced, their row will be "frozen" to avoid duplicate announcements. However, the announcement button will remain accessible for other administrators to announce winners for different countries or organizational units that have not yet been announced.
- Once the winner is announced there is no possibility to change the ranking.
- The same process is applicable when announcing winners from the team nominations as well.
With this feature, administrators will be able to announce winners in segments.

After you have announced the winner, you will be given an option to Spotlight the winner on the social feed. You can pin the post on the social feed by setting up an expiration date, and upload an image for the post if needed.

This option can be accessed at any time in the Manage Nomination Programs tab by locating the program, click on the Actions button next to the program and selecting Spotlight winner.
When you navigate back to the Manage Nomination Programs tab, the status of the nomination program will be changed to Announcing Winners.

*Note: If a nomination program has Individual and Teams nominations, there can be individual and team winners for that nomination program.
