Announcing the Winners of the Nomination Program

Effortlessly announce your Nomination Program winners in just a few simple steps. Personalize notifications and highlight your winners to celebrate their accomplishments. Simplify the process, engage your team, and showcase success with ease

Every nomination program includes two main phases: a Nomination Period and (if enabled ,when the nomination program is created ) a Voting Period. Once the voting period ends, it's time to announce the winner of the Nomination program.

To announce the winner, simply log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application and follow these easy steps:

You can proceed by selecting Programs on the left side and navigate to Manage Nomination Programs.

Based on the Number of Nominations and, if enabled, the Number of Votes, you can determine the final rankings and announce the winner. The winner will be notified via email and SMS.

To announce the winner of a specific nomination program, begin by assigning the Final ranking.

Once the final rankings are set, click the Save button to confirm your selections.

Find the nomination program by using the Nomination Phase filter and click on Final Ranking from the dropdown menu.

Locate the nomination program where you need to announce the winner.

Click the three dots next to the 'Actions' button, and choose 'Ranking' from the drop-down menu.

*Note: To access the Ranking option and announce the winner of the nomination program, you must have the Approver role assigned in the nomination creation process.

This action will open the Nomination Rankings page, where you can view the number of nominations and votes for both individual and team nominations.(if these are created).

To personalize the message sent to program winners, click the Customize Message Edit button. This will open a new window where you can edit the email and SMS messages, if SMS notifications are enabled for this program.

If SMS is enabled for the program, clicking the Manage Phone Numbers button will allow you to view the phone numbers on record for employees or add a new number if one is missing.

*Note: The mobile number must be at least 9 digits long and cannot contain any special characters

To proceed, click the "Announce Winner" button. This is the final step before the rankings are locked. Confirm by clicking "Yes" to officially announce the winners.

Once confirmed, the winners will receive email notifications—and SMS notifications if SMS is enabled for the program.

*Note: Once a winner is announced, their row will be "frozen" to avoid duplicate announcements. However, the announcement button will remain accessible for other administrators to announce winners for different countries or organizational units that have not yet been announced.

• Once the winner is announced there is no possibility to change the ranking.
• The same process is applicable when announcing winners from the team nominations as well.  

*Note : The Sender field is required to announce the winner

Once the winner is announced, you will have the option to Spotlight the winner them on the social feed. You can pin the post to the feed by setting an expiration date and uploading an image for the post if desired.

This option can be accessed at any time in the Manage Nomination Programs tab by locating the program, by clicking the Actions button next to the program and selecting Spotlight award.

When you navigate back to the Manage Nomination Programs tab, the status of the nomination program will be changed to Announcing Winners.

*Note: If a nomination program has Individual and Teams nominations, there can be individual and team winners for that nomination program.
