Report for an overview of all assigned budgets for the users.
Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Adoption Reports -> Budget Utilization Report
To access this report, need to navigate to the Admin center then to Adoption Reports, and then click on Budget Utilization report.
This report provides a detailed overview of all assigned budgets for the users. It simplifies the way of checking the budgets in the Manage Budget Definitions section where instead of accessing each and every budget separately, with this report you have the ability to filter them per budget and period, and see the results.
Several Filter options are available to get the desired results:
- Select program,
- Select period,
- Select country,
- Select Company code,
- Select Org unit,
- Search user
The above filters, will apply to all budget types except for the following:
- Global budget - has the primary filters only such as Select program and Select period
- Organizational budget - has the primary filters and Org unit filter
- Country budget - has the primary filters and Country filter

Once you press on the Search button, the filters along with the result will appear on the screen.

The results shown contains the following columns:
- Full Name
- Username
- User id
- Total Amount
- Open Budget
- Reserved Budget
- Spent Budget
Once you are done with your filtering preferences, click on the Export button to export the results in an Excel file.
