Bulk Recognitions Report

This article helps admins track scheduled recognitions, providing an overview of bulk-uploaded recognitions and their statuses, making it easy to distinguish them from regular transactions sent through the app for better monitoring and organization.

At the top of the page, the following filters are available, allowing admins to easily refine their search: Date From & Date Until, Status and Search Users field.

  • Date From & Date Until: Admins can select a time range to view scheduled, sent, or failed transactions. By default, "Date From" shows the first day of the current month, and "Date Until" shows today's date.

If no transactions are found for the selected time range or filter combination, the message "No data available for the selected filters. Please adjust your filter criteria and try again" will appear.

  • Status – Filter by status of the recognition (Scheduled, Sent, Failed).
  • Search user – Filter to search for particular users.
  • Search button - Allows the admin to search for specific data based on the selected criteria.

The "Bulk Recognitions Report" includes the following columns below:

  • Sender – Full Name of the person assigned as a sender for the transaction(s).
  • Upload Reason - Showing the reason for sending the transaction(s).
