Bulk upload of users
Upload, update or deactivate multiple users from an Excel file.
To bulk upload users, navigate to Admin center then Users and select Bulk Upload of Users.
Login to JobPts -> Admin center -> Users -> Bulk upload of Users

- Upload Users - to upload users, an excel file needs to be uploaded with previously filled columns of required user data.
To complete this activity, download the Excel template by clicking the blue Download Excel Template button and enter the mandatory user data into the Excel file. For each column heading, there is a note that contains information about the content and format of the data and whether the field is mandatory or not.
Once you have uploaded the file, proceed to the next step, confirm the upload by clicking on the green Update Users button.
- Deactivate Users - this functionality allows the bulk of users to be deactivated by checking the Deactivate users box and following the same procedure for uploading users.
- History of activities - list of all updated data in the past. Information is generated about the admin who made the update, the number of users that are updated, and when the change occurred.
