      Configuring Program Display for Improved User Experience

      This article shows how to improve user experience by allowing organizations with many programs to configure their display. Adjustable display sizes help users view more programs at once, enhancing visibility and efficiency.

      Login to JobPts admin center -> Administration -> System Settings -> Application Settings -> User Experience Preferences -> Classic Layout/Compact Layout

      Admins have an option to select between:

      • Classic Layout - Display one program per column with an assistance panel containing descriptive text.
      • Compact Layout - Offers multiple image size options (S, M, L, XL) and removes the assistance text for a cleaner view.

      When Compact Layout is selected, an additional drop down menu will appear allowing the admins to select the preferred option.

      *Note: The default setup is a Compact Layout with an XL size.

       

      The view of the programs in the application will vary based on the selection in the system settings and whether the Classic or Compact layout is enabled.

      This configuration applies across all relevant pages, including:

      • Recognition Programs

      • Nomination Programs

      • Combined Recognition & Nomination Programs

      • Feedback Programs

      • Incentive Programs

      Clicking "Details" will display the program description and assistance information, as shown in the screenshot below.

      Clicking "Recognize" will open the chosen recognition program, allowing you to select a recipient and send the recognition.

      *Note: The button label will adjust based on the program you're accessing (Recognition, Nomination, Feedback, or Campaign). Click the button to begin the process of recognizing, nominating, providing feedback, or starting a campaign.

      The buttons will be: 

      • Recognize
      • Nominate
      • Submit Feedback
      • Start Campaign
