Understanding the key components of the pricing proposal for the product license
Customer shall be invoiced for the following product and services provided:
- Recurring product subscription for the Cloud solution. All support fees are included. The yearly subscription fees for the company-wide users are listed in the commercial proposal (Order Form) and reflect the agreed scope with the company
- For the implementation, nonrecurring setup fees are required for the technical services to manage the deployment, authentication and security integration, branding, connectivity to the Core HR system and configurations required for fulfilling the goals and requirements of the customer related to the proposed solution.
- (Optional) Rewards budget that is used to spend 100% on monetary rewards redeemed by the employees. There are no markups added and no additional costs for providing rewards catalogs in 100+ countries.
End-User support, rewards fulfilment support, change management, training and UX support, admin HR support and ongoing maintenance (upgrades, etc.) are all included in the cost of the recurring product subscription.
SAP Business Technology Platform resources to run the Cloud solution are included in the overall subscription price. SAP Business Technology Platform is the enterprise platform-as-a-service (PaaS) with comprehensive application development services and capabilities. It enables customers to achieve business agility, create a truly integrated and optimized enterprise, and accelerate digital transformation across the business.
Customer may also contract additional services that are beyond the core product scope for the Cloud solution deployment. Pricing considered outside of the normal scope can include one-time fees for technical services that require changes beyond the agreed standard scope of work for the development and deployment such as new customer-specific features.
