Create and Manage Certificates

On this article, you will learn how to create and edit all types of certificates within the application

To access the Certificates page, navigate to:

Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Configuration & Branding -> Certificates

On the Create/Edit page, administrators can define the certificate details. All fields are mandatory for creating a certificate.

At the top of the window, you can select the content to be displayed on the left/right side or centrally positioned. Next, the following modifications are optional whether you want them to be displayed on the certificate. 

  • Award Name - Toggle to determine if the award reason will be visible on the certificate.
  • Points - Toggle to decide whether points with the award value will be visible on the certificate.
  • Years - Toggle to decide whether the number of years in the company will be visible on the certificate.
  • Job Title - Toggle to decide whether the job title for the sender of the award will be visible on the certificate.
  • Certificate Context - Select for which type of content will the certificate be used for. The following types are available:
    Anniversary, Birthday, Recognition, Nomination, Moments that matter, Moments that matter - Anniversary, Moments that matter - Birthday .
  • Title label - For example, "Certificate of Recognition" or "Certificate"
  • Awarded with Label - Text that appears prior to the program name, customizable for client preferences (e.g., 'Recognized with,' 'Nominated with').
  • Recognized by Label - Title that appears prior to the sender of the award (e.g. "Nominated by", "Recognized from").
  • Upload Background Image - Upload the background image for the certificate 
  • Certificate Colors - At the bottom, you can customize the colours for the Title, Receiver Name, Program name and Message. 

*Note: When admin activates another certificate of the same type, the following alert message will appear: "A certificate of the same type is currently active. Click 'Yes' to activate the new certificate and replace the current one".
