After clicking on Create New Wallet, the following information needs to be entered:

•    Wallet Title – enter a title for your wallet (Global Wallet)
•    Select Icon Color - only the predefined wallet colors will be listed here, using the same four colors defined in the branding.
•    Points Source - selectable contexts include: Recognition, Nomination Winner, Service Anniversary, Service Birthday, Earn Points, and Scratch Cards.
•    Redeem Options - selectable recognition options include: Custom Products, Viator, Virtual Cards, Donations, E-gift Cards, Amazon, and Personalized Products.

  • Is Active - activate/deactivate the wallet

*Note: Global wallet cannot be edited!

On the Manage Wallets page under 'Actions' there is an option to edit and translate the appropriate wallet.

  • In the example below, we have create a new wallet which will be mapped with Donations, where the source of the points will come from recognitions and scratch cards.

After the wallet is created, you can manage it and create a new one if needed in the Manage Wallets section.

From a user perspective, once you have opened the Redeem tile, at the top you will see all of your wallets.

Next to each redeem category, you will see the associated wallet.

*Note: If points are available in both the Global Wallet and Anniversary Wallet for purchasing Amazon Merchandise, the order of deduction is from the Anniversary Wallet first. If insufficient points are available there, the remaining amount will then be deducted from the Global Wallet.

If both wallets offer the same redemption options, deductions prioritize the wallet with the lower total points balance.

Redeem Options for Wallets include:

  1. eGift
  2. Experience
  3. Virtual Card
  4. Merchandise - Amazon
  5. Donations
  6. Custom Store
  7. Personalized products
  8. Payroll

When redeeming an item using multiple wallets, an alert will appear upon clicking "Redeem" on the final page.
