      Custom Vouchers Report

      Report of all available and redeemed custom vouchers.

      Login to JobPts - > Admin Center -> Reports -> Custom Voucher Report

      To access the Custom Voucher Report, you need to navigate to Admin Center then go to the Reports section and select Custom Vouchers Report.

      Custom Vouchers Report is the only place where all vouchers for custom products can be found.

      Several Filter options are available to get the desired results:

      • Search a custom product (select custom product for which you want to see vouchers),
      • Search user,
      • Search Voucher,
      • Date from and Date until.

      Bellow these filters, there are a two more in form of checkboxes:

      • Used vouchers  - if you want to list only used vouchers in the report)
      • Unused Vouchers - if you want to list all unused vouchers in the report).
      If you check both all vouchers for the selected product will be listed.

      Also, there is an option for this report to be exported in an excel file by clicking on the green button Export.

      Generated report has six columns: Custom product Name, Voucher Number, Value, Full Name (the user that has used voucher), Username, Redeem Date (date when the voucher was redeemed).
