What are the Deliverables and How we Collaborate?

Hearing what are the major deliverables from the implementation and how we work together

An initial solution walkthrough and workshop will be completed after we have system integration set up for the test system.  The solution walkthroughs are based on the test data from your test HR core system and pre-built sample programs like previously seen in the live demo.  These workshops will allow us to document and execute all the configurations that are required for the new system such as: 

  • Apply branding guidelinesโ€‹ 
  • Setup recognition programsโ€‹ 
  • Setup nomination / voting / ranking programsโ€‹ 
  • Setup earn points campaignsโ€‹ 
  • Setup celebrations and "moments that matter"โ€‹ 
  • Setup reward catalogsโ€‹ 
  • Setup mobile PWA and MS Teams appโ€‹ 
  • 2nd Solution walkthrough with desired design and config changes

As noticed, this is the most demanding and time-consuming step within the explore and realize phases. It requires most of the customizations to be applied and configured according to the agreed program design. And this phase would be concluded with the third and final solution walkthrough. 

For best overview and easiness of communication we will be tracking the progress of our Program Delivery with our online project management tool.  During and after the implementation, all the planning tasks, collaboration and issue escalation will be handled in the online platform provided by Semos and used for the sole purpose of this project.

All of the program delivery support activities and progress will be documented here. Our digital delivery plan follows the earlier mentioned methodology and as such it is divided in four key phases (plus 1 more to optimize the program work after the Deploy phase), each consisting specific task cards for each deliverable within the respective phase. 

Above you see the Kanban view, with all the implementation activity names, labels, and checklist items for each separate activity.  Each implementation activity contains: 

  • Description of the activity items and steps where we will have all details for the specific activity and its requirements 
  • Checklists where tasks will be managed and tracked for completion or assigned to the responsible team/individual  
  • Comments section where we can mention each other to request feedback or simply follow up on progress 
  • Add attachments related to that activity 
  • Change due dates if necessary 
  • Change members if some resources need to be added or removed from that activity 

These are some of the main features utilized, but there are also multiple other options that can improve online project delivery and collaboration with all stakeholders.
