Do the Points Ever Expire?

As a general rule of thumb - points do not expire.

• Points remaining to be "Awarded" (points allocated to you for rewards to coworkers) may or may not expire. It depends on the budget selection. If the budget is set monthly or annual, points expire after the month/year when new points are allocated. In the case of cumulative budget, points do not expire. 
• Points remaining to be "Redeemed" (points awarded to you) do not expire and can be saved for future rewards, i.e., transferred in the next fiscal period.
• Employees with an expiring employment contract can use all available points to "Redeem" at any time. Please contact the JobPts Support team to assist you in redeeming points on your behalf.
