      Download Your Certificate

      This article will help you download a personalized certificate for any award you have received. It serves as a formal recognition of your achievement, which you can save, print, or share as needed.

      To download your certificate regarding a specific award, navigate to:

      Login to JobPts  -> Main Menu -> My Awards -> Select Award -> Download Certificate

      This functionality is designed to help users understand how to download and access certificates received through recognition. The focus is on guiding users through the steps of locating and downloading their certificate, allowing them to keep a personal record or share it as a meaningful symbol of their achievement.

      First click on one of the recognitions you have received.

      A new window will open where you will be displayed the details of the received recognition.

      Click the "Download Certificate" button located at the bottom left of the recognition message to download your certificate.

      The certificate is now downloaded on your device.
