What are the Abilities to Dynamically Restrict Rewards and Program Eligibility?

Ability to restrict awards by select requirements (e.g. this job grade is only eligibile for specific monetary awards)

All relevant HR System org and employee metadata (like function, country, band, job grade etc) can be integrated and accessible in real-time for configuring the recognition & reward programs.   So that these rules can apply dynamically in real-time without errors and without having to manually administer the system and user records.

The program participants can be dynamically configured in the system on two dimensions as program senders (people who can see / access the program as nominators) and as program recipients (people who are eligible to receive the recognition).  The program senders can be configured to be: All, Managers only, or by Org Unit (or other specific HR metadata).  The program recipients can be also configured to be: All, Only Direct Reports, or by Org Unit Data (or other specific HR metadata).

This gives the ultimate flexibility for customers to design any type of global and local programs that are super dynamic in nature and all based on the many data attributes available in their HR and talent management systems.  This helps also reduce maintenance overhead and improve employee experience with up-to-date data for recognition programs.
