In this article, you will find out how to claim your reward by participating in the Earn Points Campaign.
Earn Points is an option for employees to collect points by participating in a designated employee campaign created by the admin. To take part in the Earn Points campaigns you need to log in to the application and click on the Campaigns tile.
Log in to JobPts -> Campaigns -> Select available earn points campaign -> Submit
Then, choose the campaign you wish to take part in. A new screen will open.

To proceed with submitting your accomplishment for earning the points, complete all the fields on the Claim Awards screen.

- Description: Depending on the setting, this can be either a drop-down menu or textbox. From the drop-down menu you can choose why you are submitting the request (the option that fits you the best), within the textbox, describe the reason you are submitting the points request for.
- Upload File: To support your claim (Example: Certificate of course completion, CV for referral...)
- Date of submission (fixed filed on the todays date)
- Select the checkbox to agree with the Terms and Conditions of the campaign.
When ready, click Submit. You will be prompted with a confirmation screen that points request has been Submitted for approval.

A copy of your submission will be sent both to the approver(s) and to you over email as confirmation.
*Note: Approver was setup by admin in the creation process of the Earn Points Campaign.
You can keep track of all enrolled campaigns by clicking on the My Awards button on the upper right corner and then select the Rewards from Campaigns tab.

Once your submission is approved by the approver you will be awarded with X number of points depending of the campaign and the approver.
