The employee report summary feature in JobPts provides a comprehensive overview of various metrics and data related to employee performance and engagement. This article aims to guide users on utilizing the key features and functionalities available in the employee report summary.
To open the report, navigate to:
Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Reports -> Employee Recap Report

At the top of the report, you will be displayed with a filter that allows you to customize the data displayed based on specific criteria. This includes filtering by recipient, country, company code, and organizational unit. By applying these filters, you can narrow down the data to focus on specific segments and obtain targeted insights.
To further refine the report, you have the option to select a specific date range using the "Date from" and "Date to" fields. This enables you to analyze employee data within a specific time frame. Additionally, you can search for a particular user by inputting their name or relevant identifier in the search field, making it easier to locate and analyze individual employee data.
The report will generate the following data:
- Full Name - The employee's complete name
- Recognitions - The number of recognitions received by each employee, indicating their level of acknowledgment and contributions.
- Nominations - The total number of nominations an employee has received, reflecting their impact on the workplace and peer recognition.
- Nomination Winner - This indicates whether the employee has been chosen as a winner for any nominations received.
- Moments that Matter - Highlights significant moments or achievements in an employee's professional journey, providing a holistic view of their milestones.
- Approved Campaigns - Displays the number of campaigns in which an employee's participation or contributions have been approved.
Data Export: To facilitate further analysis or data sharing, the employee report summary allows you to export all of the displayed data. By clicking the export option, you can generate a Excel file, which can be utilized for in-depth analysis, presentations, or other purposes.
