Employees can now choose to hide their profile photo in the employee application, offering greater privacy and control over their personal visibility in the workplace.
This option allows employees to maintain a level of privacy and control over their personal information within the workplace environment. By selecting this feature, employees can decide whether they want their image to be visible to colleagues and team members, fostering a more comfortable space for those who may prefer anonymity or who are not yet fully acclimated to the organizational culture.
This flexibility is particularly beneficial for new hires who may still be in the process of establishing their identity within the team.

Notes:
This feature not only promotes a sense of security and comfort among employees but also encourages open communication and collaboration without the pressure of personal exposure. For instance, individuals who might feel anxious about being seen or recognized in a new work setting can engage more freely in discussions and contribute their ideas without the added concern of being visually identified. This can lead to a more inclusive atmosphere where employees feel empowered to share their thoughts, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
By allowing employees the choice to control their visibility, the organization demonstrates its commitment to respecting personal boundaries and enhancing employee well-being. This thoughtful approach can significantly improve job satisfaction and retention rates, as employees are more likely to remain in an environment that values their privacy and individual preferences.
