Enroll in Subsidy Campaign

Subsidy campaigns are designed to support employees by offering financial assistance for meaningful purchases that align with company valuesโ€”such as wellness, sustainability, personal development etc. Whether it's helping you cover the cost of an electric vehicle, energy-efficient appliances, or a gym membership, these campaigns make it easier to invest in yourself and your lifestyle.

The approved amount is added directly to your payroll, providing a simple and rewarding way to benefit from your companyโ€™s commitment to your well-being and growth.

To participate in a subsidy campaign, please follow the steps outlined below:

Login to JobPts -> Campaigns -> Select available subsidy campaign -> Claim Awards -> Submit

After logging into JobPts, click on the Campaigns tile. From the My Available Campaigns screen, select the Subsidy Campaign you wish to enroll in.
Please note that available campaigns may vary based on the options configured by the administrator.

Upload the invoice for the subsidy and enter the corresponding invoice amount before submitting.
Both the Upload Files (used to validate the expense) and the Invoice Amount are required fields.
The Date of Submission will be automatically populated with todayโ€™s date.
The Granted Gross Amount represents the predefined subsidy value configured during the creation of the subsidy campaign and is calculated based on the invoice amount you enter.

Finally, click Submit to enroll within the campaign and submit your details for review. If there are no errors with the data provided, a confirmation screen will prompt on completed submission.

You can keep track of all enrolled campaigns by clicking on the My Awards button on the upper right corner and you will be redirected to the My Incentives tab.

Once you have enrolled in a subsidy campaign, you cannot submit another request for the same campaign.
If you try to access a campaign you have already enrolled in, an error message will appear:
