How to enroll in your company's subsidy campaigns.
Subsidy campaigns are an option for employees to receive payroll monetary assistance from the company when investing towards accomplishing a certain goal.
Login to JobPts -> Campaigns -> Select available subsidy campaign -> Claim Awards -> Submit
Let’s guide you through the steps on how you can enroll in your company's subsidy campaigns. After login into JobPts, click the Campaigns tile.
Select the Subsidy Campaign you want to enroll in from the My Available Campaigns screen. Depending on the options set up by the administrator, different campaigns may be available for different users.

Complete all the fields on the Upload Invoice for Subsidy screen before submitting. These fields include: uploading the Invoice file for validating the expense which is a required field, invoice details such as Date of submission (fixed filed on the todays date) , the Invoice Amount paid with the invoice, and Granted Gross Amount a defined subvention amount which is populated according to your invoice amount.

Click Submit to enroll within the campaign and submit your details for review. If there are no errors with the data provided, a confirmation screen will prompt on completed submission.

You can keep track of all enrolled campaigns by clicking on the My Awards button on the upper right corner and you will be redirected to the Rewards from Campaigns tab.

Once you have enrolled for a Subsidy campaign you can't submit an additional request for the same campaign. The following error appears when trying to access the subsidy campaign you have already enrolled to.
