What is the Cost of Additional Environments and are there any Extra Costs?

We are committed to minimizing internal costs while keeping our product prices stable, so we can provide the best ROI and TCO for any customer globally.

For production usage, we advise to have a single instance particularly if we are integrating with a single HR cloud productive instance (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM Cloud).  So production and test / dev instances are included in the price.   

We don’t charge extra costs for additional environments.  For the non-production instances, we can create as many separate and additional tenants are needed for JobPts on the  Business Technology Platform without extra costs. 

All integration and programs costs are included in the one-off fee.  Excluded would be only specific custom developments required from your business now or later that are going beyond the standard, agreed SOW scope. 

All program related activities that keeps the R&R programs up-to-date are covered in the annual fee.  Training and integration costs are part of the one-time implementation fee.  Rewards budget is handled separately.

Customer may contract additional services that are beyond the core product scope for the JobPts platform deployment.  Pricing considered outside of the normal scope can include one-time fees for technical and professional services that require changes beyond the agreed standard scope of work for the development and deployment such as new Customer’s specific features or services.  Customer shall be invoiced by Semos Cloud for work on developing and delivering customer requirements at minimal rate of $150 per hour on a time and material basis.
