Feedback Evaluation Options

This article will help you learn how to manage and create Evaluation Options.

Feedback Evaluation Options gives you an opportunity to manage and create Feedback Evaluation Options for your colleagues in the Take Action section when feedback is sent.

This will allow you to communicate more effectively with your co-workers once you have received their feedback, all in the application.

To start, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. From the left-side panel, click on Feedback and then on Feedback Evaluation Options.

To start creating a new Evaluation Option, select the Add New button.

A new screen will open where several fields should be filled to create the Feedback Evaluation Option.

  • Description for the Evaluation Description - (text that will be presented in Action Options). 
  • Short Description - (the text that will be presented in the sent feedback tile in Sent Feedback Page of the sender, and in my feedback tile in My Feedback Page of the receiver, once the receiver has responded.   
  • Type - (Strength/ Development or both) (the evaluation options will be presented to the receiver, depending on this election, if an evaluation is marked as "Strength" it will be only presented when feedback type with strength is sent.
  • Short Evaluation Icon - choose from a preselected list of icons and the icon that will be displayed next to the short evaluation description.
  • Image (define if we will have the  upload image functionality) (this is the image that will be shown next to the available action option) 
  • Action (Save / Cancel the changes)
  • Status (Activate the Evaluation Description)

The new Feedback Evaluation Option if active will become available for response in the sent feedback to the recipients under the Take Action Section. 

Depending on the Selected Feedback Type (Strength/ Development or both) for the Feedback Evaluation option, the same will be displayed under the Take Action Section depending if the Feedback Type is with Strength/ Development.

You can modify an already created Evaluation Option at any time. To edit, find the evaluation and click on the three dots next to the Actions Button then click on Edit button.

You can make changes to: Description, Short Description, Type, Icon and Image.

After you make the necessary changes, click Save.

There is a Translate option that allows you to translate the program into multiple languages, so users from other countries can view the program in their local language.

You can translate any of the programs to another language by clicking on the three dots next to the Actions button and select Translate from the drop-down menu.

All fields in the left column are already filled in automatically with the original description text in the language used when the evaluation was originally created. Beside each field in the right column, you need to add the translation word/sentence in which you want to have this evaluation.

After you are finished translating the details, click Save to update and save.

If you want to remove a specific evaluation option, you can do this by clicking on the Actions button and selecting the Delete button.
