This article will help you track sent and received feedback using the Feedback Intelligence Activity Report, providing insights into each transaction, including sender/recipient, date, behaviours, ratings, emphasized words, and feedback message.
Feedback Intelligence Activity report enables comprehensive analysis of feedback trends.
To access the Feedback Intelligence Activity report, please follow the steps below:
Log in to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Transactional Reports -> Feedback Intelligence Activity report

At the top, a filter is available to help you narrow down and focus on specific sets of data. The available filters are as follows:
- Date From/Until - Allows filtering based on the selected date range.
- Search Users - Enables searching for users, both senders and recipients
- Recipients Job Title – Search for recipients based on their job title
- Recipients Departments – Search for recipients based on their department
- Creation Flow – Two options available Write it for me/Refine my draft, based on how the feedback was created.
- Saved Feedback - When this checkbox is selected will include only feedback saved as drafts in the application (feedback sent with manual input).
- Sent Feedback - A checkbox that when selected, will include only the feedback that has been sent in the application.
- Search button – Allows the admin to search on the specific data selected.
- Export button – Exports an Excel file.
The exported Excel file, in addition to the columns listed above, includes additional information such as: Sender Username & Country, Recipient Username & Country, Recipient Job Title & Department, and Feedback State, which will indicate whether the feedback was sent or saved.
The report includes the following columns below:
- Sender Full Name - Full name of the person who sent the feedback.
- Recipient Full Name - Full name of the person who received the feedback.
- Transaction Date - Date when the feedback was sent.
- Creation Flow - Two options will be available: "Write it for me" or "Refine my draft".
- Feedback Details – when ‘Show Details’ button is clicked a new modal will be open with feedback details depending on the flow which was chosen when creating the feedback.

As displayed in the modal, it contains details about the feedback sender, recipient, feedback topic, rating, and emphasized words used in the feedback.
