Feedback Reports

Access reporting for the entire feedback program.

This report provides details on all feedback activities on the platform. This report includes information on which user requested feedback, who gave the feedback, the date when feedback was provided, the behavior for which feedback was requested, and the feedback details provided.

To access these reports, your user requires administrative privileges and follow these steps: 

Login -> Admin Center -> Reports -> Feedback Reports

The report can look up different feedback types:

  • Sent Feedback - by selecting this tab, you will generate data on feedback that was given by colleagues to colleagues directly via the Give Feedback program or responded to users who have asked for feedback accordingly.
  • Requested Feedback - by selecting this tab, you will generate data from feedback functionality Ask for feedback. It will show all the requests for feedback from colleagues about their performance.
  • Declined Feedback - by selecting this tab, you will generate data from feedback for which the request for feedback has been rejected.

Additional applicable filters here are:

  • Country,
  • Org Unit,
  • User Role,
  • Search Users; and
  • Date From - Date Until.

To generate a report, complete the filter references, click on the Search button, and generate the results. The Export button helps export the results in an Excel file.

From this report, Admin Users will be able to delete the sent feedback.  

To delete the sent feedback, click on the Action button, next to the feedback that you want to delete, and then click on delete.  A warning message will be presented that you are about to delete the sent feedback and that this action is irreversible. If you want to proceed, click OK. This action will delete the feedback transaction.
