Learn how to customize the banners on the home page of the JobPts application.
The banners in the middle right of the JobPts home page can have customized background and different counter, or so-called slides. Some of them are: recognitions sent, Gift cards realized, anniversaries celebrated, the number of recognition feed posts, merchandise shipped, etc.
Admin Center -> Account -> Manage Landing pages -> Tiles/Widgets Configuration
-> Edit Tile -> Add Slide
To customize the background and the types of slides, please visit the Admin Center by clicking on the appropriate button on the Home Page on the right top corner.
Under the Account section, in Manage Landing pages, find the Config name of the Theme that you have already created and click the Edit button.
Under Tiles/Widgets Configuration, click Edit Tile button. A new window will pop up to define the number and contents of the slides.
You can add up to six (6) sliders and define their ordering number by clicking on the Add Slide button.
These mandatory fields are requiring a set up:
- Under the Slide type, there are six listed options in a drop-down menu, such as Recognitions, Redeemed Gift Cards, Promoted gifts, Merchandise shipped, Recognition Feed posts, and Anniversaries celebrated.
- Under the Slide icon, there is a variety of icons to select from to illustrate better the slider type.
- Under the Slide Counter Overall field, add a description for the total counter (e.g., If selected Recognitions as Slide type, the description will be โTotal recognitions experiencedโ).
- Under the Slide Counter Month field, add a description for the monthly counter (e.g., If selected Recognitions as Slide type, the description will be โthis monthโ).
- Add a slide background image and click Save Slide.
After this set up is complete, the first slider on the home page should look like this: - If you want to add more slides, please click on the Add slide button, or if you want to remove one, click on the Recycle bin icon next to each slide.
