How to Announce the Recognition Program?

This article has two email templates you can use to announce your employee recognition program.

The templates below can be shared with employees prior to the launch of your employee recognition program. We encourage you to customize the e-mail based on your organization's needs.

Send a Company-wide Communication before the Programโ€™s Implementation

Subject line: Are you ready for a positive change? 

Body: Promoting a culture of appreciation through our new Recognition and Rewards program [Name of the program in your company] 

The What

We are excited to announce that we are soon launching a Recognition and Rewards program in our company, called [Name of the program in your company], to acknowledge and reward our employees' hard work and contributions! ๐ŸŽŠ 

The Why

We believe that recognition is an essential part of creating a positive and productive work environment, and this program is our way of showing appreciation for the efforts of our team. 

[Name of the program in your company] includes EVERYONE, and gives you a chance to express gratitude to a teammate/manager/subordinate/etc. for their job well done in a meaningful way.

It is a simple way to show how much we care about our colleagues and their contributions to the company.
