Maintenance Mode

This article will guide you on how to activate Maintenance Mode from the application settings.

When activated, maintenance mode temporarily restricts user access to the application. During this time, users attempting to open the web app are presented with a personalized text message and are unable to proceed further.

To activate Maintenance Mode from the Admin Centre, navigate to:

Support & Maintenance -> Maintenance Mode

Under Maintenance Settings you can enter the amount of time you want maintenance mode to last. You will be displayed at which time maintenance mode will be over.

In the Maintenance Message field, please fill in the text which will be displayed to all users who will try to login to the application.
When done, make sure that the Maintenance Mode toggle is enabled at the top right of the screen and click Save
