Maintenance Mode
This article will help you learn how to enable Maintenance Mode to temporarily restrict user access.
This functionality when enabled temporarily restricts user access to the application. During this period, users attempting to access the web app will be presented with a customized message and will be unable to proceed beyond the notification.
To activate Maintenance Mode from the Admin Centre, navigate to:
Support & Maintenance -> Maintenance Mode

Under Maintenance Settings, you can specify the duration for which Maintenance Mode will remain active. The system will display the exact time when the maintenance period is expected to end.
In the Maintenance Message field, please fill in the text which will be displayed to all users who will try to login to the application.
When done, make sure that the Maintenance Mode toggle is enabled at the top right corner of the screen and click Save.
