Manage Sustainability Projects

In this article we'll showcase in detail how to manage your sustainability projects

Users constantly receive non-monetary awards throughout the year. The company creates different sustainability projects, and at the end of the year, the votes (stars) are accumulated to determine which project has received the most support. The company then donates to the winning project.

The Manage Sustainability Projects campaign type allows admins to create, manage, and track sustainability-related projects. This campaign is located under the Campaigns section in the admin panel and is similar to the Earn Points Campaign. It offers options to design and oversee non-monetary awards and project-related votes from participants.

In order to create a new sustainability project, first log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. On the left-hand side, select Campaigns and then Manage Sustainability Projects. On the next screen select Create New Campaign.

A new screen will open where several fields should be filled to create the Campaign:

• Campaign Details:

  • Campaign Name - Enter a name for the campaign 
  • Campaign Description - Provide a brief description 
  • Campaign Assistance - Add details for campaign assistance 
  • Campaign Image - Either upload an image or use a predefined one. 
  • Non-Monetary Award - Select one program from a dropdown list of available non-monetary programs.

• Campaign Period:

  • Define the start and end date for the campaign. 

• Participants 

  • Program Recipient - Select whether the campaign will be open to All or limited to a specific company structure.

• Settings:
  • Give Votes To - Choose if votes will be assigned to recipients or senders of non-monetary awards.
  • If Senders is selected, you can set a quality threshold (MQI) to ensure votes are given only for high-quality recognition messages.
• Project Settings
  
  • Project Name - Enter the project’s name 
  • Short Description - Add a brief summary of the project 
  • Description on Swipe - Provide more details that will appear on hover or swipe 
  • Link for More Details - Optional, add a link for further information.

After you are finished, click Save to create the campaign.
