This article provides a detailed guide on creating and managing a sustainability campaign where participants earn stars, converted from non-monetary awards which can then be used to vote for and support different sustainability projects.
Employees regularly receive non-monetary awards throughout the year in recognition of their contributions. These awards are converted into stars, which act as votes in a company-wide sustainability campaign. Depending on the configuration, votes can be applied to both senders and receivers, so every time an employee sends or receives recognition, they actively support one of several impactful sustainability projects.
The project with the most votes earns a corporate donation. This initiative not only celebrates individual achievements but also unites the organization around a shared purposeโturning appreciation into action for a better future.
The Manage Sustainability Projects campaign type enables admins to create, oversee, and monitor sustainability-focused initiatives. It can be accessed from the Campaigns section within the admin panel.
In order to create a new sustainability project, first log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. On the left-hand side, select Campaigns and then Manage Sustainability Projects. On the next screen select Create New Campaign.
Log in to JobPts Admin Center -> Campaigns -> Manage Sustainability Projects -> Create New Campaign
Since these campaigns are only visible within a defined period, a Campaign Visibility dropdown is available. By default, it displays all campaigns, but admins can filter by Visible, Upcoming, or Expired. Additionally, campaigns can be filtered by their Active or Inactive status.
