Summary Report & Information for Swag Orders
The Manage Swag Orders page in the admin center provides comprehensive information about swag orders, including recipient details, swag item information, transaction and shipping dates, order status, and more.
To access the Manage Swag Orders page:
Log in to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Rewards -> Manage Swag Orders

At the top, a filter is available to help you narrow down and focus on specific sets of data. The available filters are as follows:
Program Type - Visible only if there is more than one swag order with different contexts (e.g., recognition, service anniversary, celebrations).
Country - Lists only those countries for which swag transactions have occurred
Search Users - Enables users to search for specific individuals associated with swag orders.
Date from/until: - Allows filtering swag orders based on the selected date range.
The initial view of the report provides essential information in the following columns:
- Recipient: - Full name of the swag order recipient.
- Swag Item: - Title of the swag product.
- Transaction Date: - It may differ from the shipping date only if approval is required. If the approval is automatic, the transaction date and shipping date will always be the same, as the order is processed immediately.
- Order Date: - Date when the swag order was placed.
- Order Status: - Current status of the swag order.
- Tracking Number: - Tracking number associated with the shipment.
- Shipping Date: Shipping date obtained from the vendor.
When exporting the report to Excel, additional columns will be visible in the exported file. These columns may include more detailed information for further analysis.
