Get a Milestone Badge

Company milestones can be celebrated with a milestone badge next to the profile image.

Administrators may enable the ability for users to see milestone badges applied to the profile image in the application.

*Note: The milestone badge is available only for users from countries where Service Anniversaries (Monetary Anniversaries) are created.

If enabled, when employees have an anniversary, they will get an automatic dedicated email (usually sent by the designated manager in the company) with congratulations on the years of service, and awarding them the points set up for that milestone. At the same time, a badge is also awarded.

When the milestone goal is reached the user gets the badge next to the profile picture in the application which stays there until the next milestone is accomplished and the new badge is applied for that milestone.

The badge is applied to the profile image after the first milestone is reached, until then there is no badge applied to the profile image of the user.
