This option provides you with the opportunity to celebrate the hero coworkers - those who impact the teams and the company.
Let’s guide you through the steps on how you can nominate your colleagues. After loging into JobPts, click on the Nomination tile.
Login to JobPts -> Nomination -> My available programs -> Select Program -> Select recipient(s) -> Add message to the recipient(s) -> Recognition Confirmation
Select the available nomination program. Depending on the set options, different recognition programs may be available under the My Available Programs screen.

Choose the employee or the team you want to nominate by searching their first, last name, or username. Use the filters to search users by Country or Org Unit. Continue by clicking the Add Message button.

- pre-populated award reasons, so you can select the one that is the best fit;
- text field where you can write the reason for the award; or
- the award reason section is not visible (based on the configuration in the Admin Center).
Once the award reason is selected, the next step is to write your appreciation message in which can be plain text with emojis, eCard, or a Gif.

On the final Process Confirmation screen, is the summary of the nomination details. By this, you have completed the nomination process.

*Note: Depending on the settings, the nominee may get instant notification about the nomination. In some cases, an additional approval level will need to review and approve the nomination.
