      Nomination Budget & Limits Report

      This report provides admins with an overview of budget allocations, usage, and remaining limits for the Nomination Program across various countries and organizational units.  

      To access the report, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. On the left-side panel, click on Adoption Reports then on Nomination Budget & Limits.

      Available filters for this report:

      • Select Program: The dropdown menu for selecting a program includes nomination programs with custom values for which the voting process has already concluded.
      • Country: Filter the report to view data for a specific country. The available countries will be those that have predefined limits.
      • Org Unit: Filter the report to view data for a specific organizational unit. The available org units will be those that have predefined limits.
      • Search - Same as in all filter reports. Apply the filters and search for results
      • Export - Will download an excel file.


      Explanation of the columns in the report:

      • Country: Will display the country selected in the filter.
      • Org Unit: Column will appear only if there is a limit per organizational unit, listing the org unit selected in the filter.
      • Spent Amount: Shows the budget already spent on nominations in the selected country. This amount reflects only the announced winners from that country and specific organizational unit.
      • Number of Announced Winners: Shows the number of winners already announced in the selected country and organizational unit.  
      • Limit Max Winners: Displays the maximum number of winners that can be announced in the selected country.  

      • An Export option is available which will download an Excel file including the same columns listed. 

        *Note: Some columns may not be displayed in the report depending on the nomination program configuration.
