Optimizing Export of Large Excel Files

This article covers the following scenarios for exporting Excel files:

• Files with fewer than 10,000 rows will be downloaded immediately.
• Files with more than 10,000 rows will be sent to the end user after generation.

  Initially, this feature is implemented for the "Completed Transactions All" report, and subsequent rollout to other reports is planned.

*Note: When a user clicks the export button, the system checks the size of the data set to be exported.

Once the Excel file is generated and saved, an email notification is sent to the user who initiated the export, confirming that the export is complete.
