How to create a monetary program with payroll-based award.

To create a monetary program with a payroll-based award, you should thick the checkbox next to the Payout Award option when creating the recognition program.

This means that recognition recipients will be awarded the monetary value directly to their paycheck instead of being provided points for redeeming from the available products on the application.

The recipients will see the details of the award in My Awards tile including a separate field called Award Type with value Payroll.

*Note: If there is a transaction that is submitted after creating the program, this configuration won't be able to be edited and the checkbox will be disabled.
