Create Payroll-based Monetary Program Award
This article will help you understand how to create a payroll-based monetary award program.
This functionality will guide you through setting up a payroll-based monetary award program, enabling you to reward employees with points or cash equivalents that are automatically included in their payroll for seamless and compliant recognition.
To Create Payroll based Monetary Award navigate to:
Log in to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Programs -> Manage Peer to Peer Programs -> Create New Program

To create a monetary recognition program with a payroll-based award, ensure you select the checkbox labeled "Payout Award" during the program creation process. This will enable the award to be processed through employeeโs payroll.

The recipients will see the details of the award under โMy Awardsโ tile from the social feed menu including a separate field called Award Type with value Payroll.

*Note: If there is a transaction that is submitted after creating the program, this configuration won't be able to be edited and the checkbox will be disabled.
