Platform Utilization Report

Learn how to check platform percentage usage, users, logins within the application.

This report provides a summary and displays the activity on the platform as the use of the platform, the unique logins in the application and the total number of users.

To access the report, log in to the Admin Center of the JobPts application. On the left-side panel, click on Reports then on Platform Utilization.

This report provides a summary and displays the activity on the platform such as:

• Total number of Active users
• Logged-In Users
• Platform Utilization in %

Several Filter options are available to get the desired results: 

• Country - select a specific country that is active and access the data for that specific country.
• Date from & Date until - the time range you wish to get the report results.

An option is available to Export this report in an Excel file. It is a comprehensive spreadsheet with more additional information such as:

• Full Name
• Username
• Country
• Email
• Company Code
• Login Status - active/not active
