Automating Milestone Celebrations within Moments that Matter

Birthdays, Anniversaries and New Hires are now automated within Moments that Matter

At JobPts, we understand the importance of celebrating milestones, both big and small, for our team members. That's why we've implemented a new feature in our system that automatically inserts birthday events, anniversary events, and new hire events into the Moments that Matter page. With this new feature, colleagues can easily congratulate each other on these important events, making them feel appreciated and valued within the team.

No longer do you have to worry about missing a colleague's special day or spending time manually inputting event details. Our system now automatically updates the Moments that matter page with upcoming events, ensuring that everyone is aware of the important milestones happening within the team.

The process is simple - as soon as a new team member joins our company, their start date is entered into the system, and their new hire event is automatically added to the Moments that Matter page. Similarly, as each team member's birthday and anniversary approaches, their events will be automatically updated on the page, ensuring that everyone is aware of the upcoming milestones.

An example below displays all Anniversary events for the present day and all upcoming events.

The Moments that Matter page also allows colleagues to congratulate each other on these events, making them feel appreciated and valued within the team. By simply clicking the "Congratulate" button on any of the events, you can leave a personalized message for your colleague, letting them know that you're thinking of them on their special day.

Overall, the automatic event insertion feature in the Celebrations page makes it easy for our team members to stay connected and engaged with each other. We believe that celebrating milestones is an important part of building a strong team, and we're committed to making that process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Note: The dates for all of these events can be edited by the Admins of your organization if needed.
