This article will help Admins learn to configure a dedicated Admin Role with the ability to proxy login as any user.
Admin users can follow the steps outlined in this article to assign the Proxy Login permission to a specific Admin Role. This grants the designated Admin Role the capability to log in as any user, enabling efficient user management and support.
Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Users -> Manage Admin Roles
Proceed with either creating a new Admin Role with the admin type or editing an existing Admin role.

As soon as you choose Admin or Country Admin in the admin type field, a checkbox for Proxy Access will appear on the left side of the screen.
Check the box for Proxy Access and continue to select all necessary permissions for this Admin role and press on the Save button at the beginning of the page.
Once you have finished configuring a new Admin role or editing an existing one, proceed to Users > Assign Privileges in the Admin Center to finalize the setup.

Click on the ‘New Admin’ button, select the user to whom you wish to assign the Admin role with Proxy access, and then click 'Save' to apply the changes.

With the above steps being done, you have allowed the admin user to be able to login as anybody in the company and perform activities from their profile in JobPts.
Return back to the Application view and hover over with your mouse on your profile picture/initials.

On the next screen, you are able to search for any user that has an active profile in JobPts and by pressing on the + icon right of their name, you will be logged in as them.

You can notice that you have successfully logged in as another user by having this indication.

The system will keep you logged in for one session. Before ending the session a notification pop up will appear informing you that you have X minutes left of the current active session with an ability to continue for another session logged in as the same user or cancel the session which will result with yourself being logged back in.
If you wish to logout before ending the session, in that case hover with your mouse over the profile picture of the user and press on Proxy Logout.
