Managing Proxy Access in JobPts
The proxy feature supports business continuity by allowing designated users to act on behalf of others during absences. It streamlines approval workflows and ensures that teams can remain productive without delays.
To maintain oversight while enabling this flexibility, it's important to monitor proxy activity regularly.
The Proxy Management page provides a detailed overview of all users who have used the proxy feature to log in on behalf of another employee. It enables administrators to track who accessed which accounts and when, ensuring both transparency and control.
As an admin, to locate the Proxy Management page, please follow these steps:
Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Support & Maintenance -> Proxy Management

This page displays the following columns:
- Proxy User - The user who used the proxy feature to log in on behalf of another employee.
- Logged In As - The employee account the user accessed using the proxy feature.
- Log In Time - Time when the initial Proxy user has logged in.
- Log Out Time - Time when the initial Proxy user has logged out.
- Granted Permissions - Whether the Proxy user has admin or app proxy permission.
To export the same details shown on the Proxy Management page, click the 'Export' button to download an Excel file.
On this page, you can also search for a specific employee or select a 'Date From' and 'Date Until' to view which employee logged in as another using the proxy feature during that period.
