      Proxy Management

      Overview of the Proxy usage for all users

      With activating the Proxy Login feature, whether it's from the application side or admin side, JobPts also has a dedicated Proxy Management side for a full overview of the feature usage.

      In order for admins to locate the Proxy Management, please follow these next steps:

      Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Support & Maintenance -> Proxy Management

      Here, the available columns are:

      • Proxy user - name of the user that has activated this feature
      • Logged in as - as whom they have logged in
      • Log in time - time when the initial Proxy user has logged in
      • Log out time - time when the initial Proxy user has logged out
      • Granted permissions - whether the Proxy user has admin or app proxy permission

      The same details that can be seen on the Proxy Management admin screen are available in an Excel export by pressing the green Export button.
