Push Recognition Data in SuccessFactors Employee Profile
In addition to synchronizing employee data from SuccessFactors and using all organization attributes to fully adopt to company’s organization structure and create variety of recognition and nomination programs, JobPts offers the capability of sending recognition data back to SuccessFactors Employee Profile.
Employees can view all peer to peer and nomination recognitions they received under the "My Awards" tile within JobPts. Furthermore this information can be made available into the Employee Profile using a scheduled job and synchronization from SuccessFactors to JobPts and back.
Based on customer preferences on how detailed recognition information should be returned to SuccessFactors, JobPts has a capability to push back the following attributes:
- User ID or username of the employee
- Approval Date / Winner’s announcement date
- Program Effective date
- Program ID
- Program description
- Program name
- Recognition type: non-monetary, monetary, nomination winner, anniversary
- Recognition message
