Enabling Size Selection for Swag Items

This article explains how users can select sizes for swag items, improving the user experience and meeting client preferences. Sizes do not apply to Service Anniversaries with Swag, as these items are automatically sent without customization.

However, sizes will be available in the following contexts:

• Sending Recognitions

• Sending Items for Celebrations (Moments That Matter)

• Service Anniversaries with User Preferences

   

*Note: Sizes will be displayed in the swag item report and visible to end users when selecting their preferred item. If size options are available, a dropdown menu will appear in the swag modal for selection.

Additionally, product sizes and quantities can be viewed under the "Product Sizes & Quantities" section on the "Manage Product" page for the relevant item.

Size Selection for Swag Items in the Context of Sending Recognitions:

First, open the Recognition tile and select the program connected with a swag award, in our case it will be the Kudos.

Select the available item.

Search for your colleague in the search field.

Once you've selected the user, you will need to confirm their address & select a size for the swag item.

Once confirmed, you will be moved forward to the next window where you will need to select the award reason and write in the message for the user. When done, click on the Send button.

If you click on the Sent Awards menu and open the recognition you've just sent, you will be displayed all of the details for the sent recognition.

Size Selection for Swag Items in the Context of Sending Items for Celebrations (Moments that Matter)

 

Open the Celebrations tile and click the 'Create Moment' button. After selecting the moment, participation date, event date, the employee for whom the event is being created, and the group of employees eligible to participate, check the box for "Send a company-branded swag item.

The next modal will prompt the event creator to enter the recipient's address and choose a size for the swag item.

Size Selection for Swag Items in the Context of Service Anniversaries with User's Preference

When an anniversary is created with a User's Preference, it allows employees to personally select an item from a set of anniversary gifts.

To explain the process, the employee who has an anniversary with user's preference, should first access the 'My Awards' tile and select the appropriate Anniversary card.

When the 'Select Swag' button is clicked, the following modal shown below will appear, allowing the employee to select their preferred gift.

If they select an item with available size options, the following modal will appear:
