Redeem Branded Merchandise

This article will help you learn how to redeem a branded merchandise award from the points you have earned.

You can use your points to purchase a branded merchandise.

To redeem a branded merchandise, log in to the platform, and follow the steps below.

Log in to JobPts, click the Redeem tile and proceed by selecting Branded Merchandise from the Redeem Options list.

*Note: You will not be able to redeem a branded merchandise if "branded merchandise" not enabled in the System settings.

This leads you to the next screen with multiple merchandise options to choose from.

Select one of the merchandise by clicking on it. You can also use the filter available to select a specific category or search directly for the item.

Once clicked, the selected card flips and reveals more information, such as the type of redemption and the range of points available to redeem. 
Click on the arrow next to the item to move forward with redeeming your award.

This step leads you to the confirmation page. If everything looks good, just click Redeem to finish the process.

You have now successfully redeemed your merchandise.

You will receive an email confirmation with detailed information regarding the merchandise. Under My Awards, you can always check the status of the item.
