In this article, we'll guide you on how an admin can redeem a gift for an employee on their behalf
In order for admins to locate the Redeem Egift For Someone Else tab, please follow these next steps:
Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Rewards -> Redeem Egift For Someone Else
Upon entering the page, you will see various filtering options to help locate the specific employee. You can filter by:
- User or Email: Enter the employee's name or email address.
- Country: Select the country where the employee is located.
- Organizational Unit: Filter employees based on their department or organizational structure.

The main display lists employees with the following columns:
- Full Name
- Country
- Organizational Unit
- Points Available
Next to each employee is an Action button. Click this to proceed to the next page where you will select the gift.

Once you select an employee, you will be directed to their redemption page. Here, you can review:
- Employee's Name
- Available Points (Local Currency)
Below this information, you'll see all the available products for the employee based on their location, such as Egifts, custom products and virtual cards. Each product will have a Card Prices button, allowing you to select the number of points to redeem for the chosen gift.
After selecting the desired product and points value, click the Redeem button to finalize the redemption. The employee will receive the gift based on the selected product and points.
After the product has been successfully redeemed, the user will be notified via email.
