Redeemed Rewards Report

Report for the type of rewards redeemed.

Redeemed Rewards Report shows the list of users and the type of awards redeemed in exchange for their points. All completed redeemed transactions are listed here. Everything redeemed but has status pending or failed is not included in this report.

Click on the Transaction Type field, you will see a drop-down menu containing the following options:

• eGift Cards - provides detailed information on redeemed cards (merchants) and points used for redeeming gift cards. The report also includes a purchase date and order number. ​​Additionally, it gives you information if Stripe was used for some cards, i.e., how many points were additionally bought. Also, the purchase date and order number are included in the report. 
• Virtual card – points redeemed for the virtual cards.
• Donation – lists all points redeemed for charities.
• Merchandise - lists all redeemed Amazon & GCodes merchandise items.
• SwagUp - lists all redeemed Swag items.
• Custom - lists all redeemed Custom items.
• Viator - lists all redeemed Experience items.
• Payroll – shows the number of points converted in a local currency, paid through payroll in the next payment period.

Several Filter options are available to get the desired results:

• Currency
• Transaction type
• Search user
• Date from and Date until

 Once the currency is selected, an additional filter for Country is displayed.

The Exported excel file contains the following details: full name, username, country, product, gift value, currency, gift value base currency, base currency, transaction type, purchase date, redeemed by admin in case when points were redeemed for someone else.
