Remove Posts from the Social Feed

This article will guide you on how to remove posts from the social feed as a global admin.

As a global admin, you are able to remove any posts which are displayed on the social feed within the application. 

First, make sure that the option to remove the posts from the social feed is enabled from the Admin Center. To check this, navigate to: 

At the bottom of the page under "Social Feed Posts", enable the "Global Admin can delete all posts" option.

To remove a post, open the social feed and click on the small Remove icon on the right side on the post. You will be prompted with a confirmation modal if you are certain you want the post to be removed.
