Managing Social Feed Content: A Guide for Global Admins to Remove Posts in JobPts

Take control of your social feed—learn how global admins can easily enable and remove any post in JobPts. Follow this quick guide to keep your feed clean, relevant and on-point.

Being a global admin gives you the ability to manage and remove any posts from the application's social feed.

First, ensure that the option to remove posts from the social feed is enabled in the Admin Center. To verify this, navigate to:

Login to JobPts -> Admin Center -> Aplication Settings -> Social Feed Configuration

At the bottom of the page under "Social Feed Posts", enable the "Global Admin can delete all posts and comments" option.

To delete a post, go to the social feed and click the small Remove icon located on the up right side of the post.

*Note : You will be prompted with a confirmation modal if you are certain you want the post to be removed.

If a Global Admin deletes a post in which they are also the award recipient, the post will be removed from the social wall. However, it will remain accessible in their 'My Awards' section and can be republished at any time."

The award can also be found and re-published from the “Awards Ready to be Published” section.

This option is not available for other types of posts. When a Global Admin deletes a post from the Social Wall, the recipient of that award will no longer be able to republish it from their account.

However, the award associated with the post will remain visible to the recipient in their My Awards section, though the option to republish it will no longer be available.

With these steps completed, global admins can effectively manage the social feed by removing posts and comments when necessary, helping maintain a positive and respectful environment across the platform.
