Reveal the Details of the Anonymous Feedback

In some cases, the managers may want to know the details of the anonymous feedback that was sent. This article explains how you can reveal the details of the anonymous feedback that was sent

Taking into consideration that the feedback that was sent as anonymous can contain inappropriate language, the system supports the possibility to reveal the details of the anonymous feedback.

To reveal the details of the anonymous feedback, log in to the application and access the Admin Center. From here access the Feedback Report.

Next to the feedback that you want to reveal the details, click on the Action button and then Reveal details. 

This action will open the Reveal feedback giver dialog box.

Here, provide a reason why you want to reveal the feedback details and click on the Reveal Feedback details button.

This action will open the Feedback Details dialog box, where the details of the anonymous feedback will be presented.

To export the details, click on the Export button. 

To ensure that anonymous feedback details are not mistreated there will be the possibility to preview the audit log of the people who have revealed the feedback details.

To access this audit log, click on the Action button and then the Audit log. This action will download a report with the names of the people who have revealed the anonymous feedback details.
