What are the Role Based Permissions in the System?
Reusing the system data and the RBPs (Role Based Permissions) from your system of record
Our solutions seamlessly integrate bi-directionally with your system of record (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc), receiving complete employee and org metadata from the system to facilitate the creation of global and local programs based on the various data attributes. The employee and manager permissions and roles are managed automatically based on these attributes we have from your system of record.
The approach for admin-level roles and permissions is to configure and manage those within the Admin Center (and we provide templates out-of-the-box). So while it is technically possible to fetch RBPs from your system of record, they cannot cover the scope of our add-on system with all the functionalities, admin configurations and reporting options we have in the system.
Within our system, we offer comprehensive options for configuring the admin-level RBPs, allowing customers to create an unlimited number of custom admin roles. Each of these roles can be finely tuned, with the ability to enable or disable specific features, achieving deep granularity in access control. This approach ensures that organizations can tailor their access permissions precisely to their needs and operational structure. Also our customer success team is here to help the customer to create and manage the admin roles and permissions during the implementation, but also during the ongoing deployment.
