We've redefined the employee experience with the integration of sam.os, an intelligent copilot system. Streamlining the process of sending recognition messages, sam.os ensures a personalized and efficient approach to acknowledging the efforts of team members.
To activate sam.os on the social feed, you will need to click on the button on top of the header. The sam.os copilot will afterwards open up on the right side of your screen.

Let's explore the step-by-step guide on how to use sam.os for sending recognition within the application.
Step 1: Let's initiate the conversation by wanting to recognize someone.
sam.os will ask you for the name of the recipient. The system is will detect if there are multiple recipients with the same same. Like in our case, it will ask us to select the appropriate user from the drop down option.
Step 2: Selecting the Recipient If there are multiple individuals with the same name for the intended award, Sam.os will prompt you to select the precise recipient. This ensures that the recognition is directed to the right individual, avoiding any confusion.
Step 3: Identify the recognition program through which you wish to send the recognition. In cases where there are multiple recognition programs available, sam.os will guide you through the selection process.
Step 4: Selecting an Award Reason For programs linked with various award reasons, sam.os will ask the user to select the specific award reason for the recognition.
Step 5: Crafting Personalized Text.
sam.os leverages AI to understand your texting style, generating a recognition message that reflects your authentic voice. Users have the option to regenerate the text until they are satisfied, ensuring a heartfelt and personalized message.
You can regenerate the message which was generated by sam.os to your requirments.
Step 6: Generating an AI-Enhanced Picture Visualize the recognition by allowing sam.os to generate an image using AI. If the initial result does not meet your expectations, there is an option to regenerate until you achieve a visual representation that complements the recognition message.
Step 7: Finalizing and posting once satisfied with both the text and the generated image, sam.os seamlessly integrates the personalized text and AI-enhanced picture into the recognition post by clicking on the Submit Recognition button.
At the top of the dialog window, there is an option to clear the whole chat history and start over a new conversation with sam.os.
