Track Your Sent Awards

This article explains how employees can easily track the awards they have sent, all in one place. It provides a centralized overview of their sent transactions, helping them stay informed and organized.

Once you have sent an award to a colleague, congratulated them on a special moment that matters, or submitted a nomination, you can track the status of all your sent awards by accessing the Sent Awards tile.

  • The Filter button is conveniently positioned in the top-right corner of the page, allowing you to quickly narrow down and access specific information.
    • You can search for a specific award by selecting a program type, such as 'Peer-to-Peer,' 'Nomination,' or 'Celebration.' Under additional filters, you can narrow down results by awards containing an eCard, sent to team members, sent to others, or team awards. You can also filter by award status, including pending, approved, or rejected.

To view the details of a sent award, simply click on the corresponding card. You will be able to see key information such as the date it was sent, the award value, the recipient (individual or team), the approverโ€™s name and approval status (if the program was created with approval level(s)), the award reason and the message included.

If you need to make changes to a sent award, simply click the Edit Message and in the new modal that will appear, update the necessary details.

*Note: If the award has received initial approval from the first manager but awaits final approval from the second manager, its status will be "pending," with the second manager as the pending approver.

Team awards are merged into a single tile, similar to individual transactions, with an option to view team members upon opening.

The preview button opens a modal displaying a list of all recipients.

For moments that matter created with memory book, there is a 'View Memory Book' button, for convenient access.

  • Edit Message - Will open a modal with the option to edit the message if needed.

Additionally, if the message was sent without a GIF or eCard, there is an option to add one after the message has been sent. Also, the sender can replace the sent eCard or GIF with a different one.

The edited message will be reflected across the social feed, the Sent Awards tile for the sender, the My Awards tile for the recipient, the Awards Ready to Be Published page and the eCards Sent column under E-cards in admin (if an eCard was included).
